How long will my order take to ship?

All items are made to order. We aim to ship your order within 72 hours. If there is a delay we will contact you to inform you of the revised lead time.

Will my jewellery be boxed?

Yes. Your jewellery will be presented in an eco-friendly branded box.

My order is a gift. Can it be shipped directly to the recipient?

Yes. Just add the recipient’s name and address in the shipping portion at check out.

Can my order be gift wrapped?

Yes. Check the box on the item to be wrapped and I will wrap it with eco-friendly Kraft paper and wood pulp ribbon. I will even included a card with your message free of charge.

Can rings be made to a specific size?

Yes they can. Please just contact us with your ring size if it is not one of the available options

How can I take care of my jewellery? 

-Remove jewellery when you shower or bathe and particularly when on the beach, in the sea and in chlorinated water.

-Avoid spraying perfume or applying creams directly onto your jewellery.

-If your jewellery becomes tarnished the best way to clean it is with a jewellery polishing cloth or a soft lint free cloth. A pencil rubber is also a good tip for cleaning tarnish.

-Keep delicate chains untangled by hanging them or laying flat when storing.

-Use a soft-bristled toothbrush and mild soap in order to restore the sparkle of your stones. Gently pat dry.

-Avoid wearing while cleaning, gardening or performing sports activities.
